Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity is 1 piece for any instrument.

Warranty

We take full responsibility for providing replacements if instruments are damaged or broken during transportation (upon verification with photographic evidence).
Each instrument is thoroughly inspected before final packing. However, in the unlikely event that an instrument is not functioning properly, we will provide replacements with your next order.

Delivery Timescale

In-stock items: Shipping time is within one week.

Out-of-stock items: Delivery takes approximately one month, depending on the order size and the type of instruments.
This delivery timeframe is significantly reduced for regular customers as we maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

Shipping Cost

If you have a courier account, we will not include the shipping cost in the invoice.

If you do not have a courier account, shipping costs will be charged based on the parcel's dimensions, weight, and regional rates.

Tracking Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for the designated courier service, allowing you to track the shipment on their website.

International Customs Duties and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by their country upon receiving the package.

We are not responsible for any fees related to international customs.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the buyer's country, as these vary based on each country's rules and regulations.
